Didn't get to spend much time at the hotel. Because of a bad accident, we arrived much later than expected. Had to leave early to get home on time but the employees were great. Even though we arrived late, the girl at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the gentlemen running it was incredible, so kind and pleasant. Totally enjoyed the stay. Appreciated that there was a microwave and fridge in the room even though we didn't get to use it!!!

The location allowed easy access to shopping,dining , and especially historic sites. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the assistant general manager, Tapree Turner. Ms. Turner provided locations for dining as well shopping. She provided items that were missing from my room. Breakfast had choices and food was hot and tasty.

Suites are spacious, with kitchenette, and extra sofa bed. Pillows and linens are soft and clean. Breakfast is the best I've had in a while, with waffle, pancake, and hot oatmeal stations, scrambled eggs, sausage, skillet potatoes, etc. There's even a taco station with salsa, cheese, and chopped green onions. The kitchen lady is always checking to replenish.

The reception when I arrived was warm, friendly, personable and professional. It only took a few minutes, and since I had been traveling most of the night, I needed to get some sleep. The room was quiet, clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with plenty of towels and other bath accessories. I also liked that the hotel is right across the street from Barracks Road Shopping Center.

I had recently had hip surgery and requested an Assessable room. We got a two bedroom suite, with a living room and kitchenette, and three TVs. It was a great room.

The staff was terrific, friendly, and helpful. You can not do better. The breakfast was great. The lady who does breakfast was fabulous.
